SAMPLE REQUIRED : Submit tumour tissue in 10% Formal saline OR Formalin fixed paraffin embedded block OR Alcohol fixed Fine Needle Aspirate Smears OR 5 unstained sections on poly-L-Lysine Coated Slides. Ship at room temperature. Provide a copy of the Histopathology/Cytopathology report. Indicate site of biopsy and provide Clinical history.
