SAMPLE  REQUIRED:  Submit tumour tissue in 10% formal saline or formalin fixed paraffin embedded block or Alcohol fixed fine needle aspirate smears Or 5 unstained sections on Poly-L Lysine Coated Slides. Ship at room temperature. Provide a copy of the Histopathology/Cytopathology report.Indicate site of biopsy and provide clinical history.
