SAMPLE REQUIRED: Submit tumour tissue in  10 % Formal Saline. Or fromaine fixed paraffin embedded block

or alcohol fixed  fine needle. Aspirate smears or 5 unstained sections .

TEST PREPARATION:  Indicate site of biopsy and provide Clinical history

REPORT TAT: 7 – 10  days
